Sergio has 20 years of experience in television, overseeing companies as EIC and then President/CEO, producing series and specials such as LA Ink, The Rachel Zoe Project, The Alma Awards and The Wayne Brady Show. For over 10 years he worked on Live Events and Award Shows at Ken Ehrlich Productions on projects such as The Emmy Awards, Opening of The Superdome after Katrina with U2 and Green Day and Elton John Live to name a few. Sergio is on the board of Voto Latino and The Alfaro Do Good Foundation.

In 2008, Jeffrey founded Considered Entertainment. There he produced the Emmy-nominated, Humanitas Prize-winning documentary A Small Act.  Jeffrey also produced Rules Don’t Apply, written and directed by Warren Beatty, and Basmati Blues with Brie Larson. Since 2014, Jeffrey has been CEO of the Los Angeles Media Fund (LAMF),  which is active in film, TV, music, and sports.

Jason started his career in the mailroom of an agency, then worked as a talent manager before becoming a screenwriter and producer. Jason worked for several years on Alaska based shows “Deadliest Catch” and “Bering Sea Gold” before coming to InventTV to Executive Produce “Into Alaska.”

Tiffany Alfaro started her career directing The Dream Street Foundation, has been recognized as a woman who inspires and has had her work published by Randi Zuckerberg Media. Before joining InventTV, Alfaro worked on developing projects with Morocco Junction Entertainment and MME All3Media. At InventTV, Alfaro has been a part of the team responsible for developing Bringing Up Bhabie on SnapChat, Chad Loves Michelle on OWN, Into Alaska on Animal Planet, Southern Charm New Orleans and The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City on Bravo.  Alfaro’s passion to change the world one good deed at a time led her to be the co-founder of The Alfaro Do Good Foundation.

Dave’s been in family entertainment for several decades. As a comedian, writer, producer, director and actor (starring on Full House, and Fuller House on Netflix) he’s worn more showbiz hats than a herd of cowboys at a stampede. When he’s not creating content for movies and television or making audiences laugh, you can find him playing golf, hockey, flying airplanes and remodeling homes.

Jeff has over 15 years of experience working in television- specializing in finance, production and operations.  He began his career in production accounting at E!, then joined T Group Productions prior to its launch, climbing his way to SVP until successfully overseeing the sale to Critical Content 9 years later.  For InventTV Jeff oversees the day-to-day financial operations and fiscal strategy of the company.

Emma Humphrey has over 20 years in the film and television industry. Her unscripted credits include The Next 15 (TVOne), Flex & Shanice (OWN), Fix My Choir (Oxygen), LA Ink (TLC), BBQ Pitmasters (TLC & Destination America), and the The Rachel Zoe Project (Bravo). Prior to reality, Emma worked on independent features and coordinated countless commercials and music videos.

Following graduation from Emerson College, Kristina became an editing instructor and then quickly moved into reality television and documentary film. For over a decade she has been utilizing her technical and managerial skills to enhance the post experience. She is comfortable on all sides of post, and thrives on making it the smooth process it should be.

A Los Angeles native, Matt started working in television as a production assistant at CBS while studying at USC. First working as a teaching assistant for editing software, he now applies his technical expertise as an assistant editor, working on content for a variety of networks. He is thrilled to lend his expertise to InventTV as the company’s Lead AE.

Mike has long been proof that successfully wearing many hats does not require a big head. He served as Producer/ Editor at a small production house in Texas, before starting all over in Los Angeles in 2008. After swiftly earning his way back up the ladder, Mike has been Development Producer, Editor, Lead Editor, and/or Motion GFX Artist on a long list of Television series and specials for a wide variety of companies and networks. Mike has helped Invent TV develop and produce programs since the company’s inception, officially joining the team as Senior Preditor in 2020.  He also creates mixed-media comics and animation as Lead Creator at Hackimation Lab.

A New Orleans native, Tamica is busy balancing her work as the anchor of “Good Morning New Orleans” for ABC affiliate, WGNO-26, with her extensive charity work and family life. Tamica is also a die-hard Saints fan and has close ties to the organization.

Joey has been casting hit TV shows for over 10 years and has worked on hit shows for every network imaginable including Bravo, History, TLC, MTV, Lifetime, and Oxygen. He has a passion for connecting with people which helps him identify compelling characters with amazing stories for any project. He is originally from Long Island, New York and has a degree in radio, television and film from the University of Central Florida.

Joe is an award winning writer/director. Has a degree in Political Science, graduated from Trebas Institute of Montreal and UCLA Extension with a focus in entertainment studies and producing. He brings a multitude of creative and technical skills to InventTV and has been an integral part of the core team from its beginning, assisting with development, production and post departments. He currently serves as the Director of Development.

Geoff comes to LA by way of Spokane, Washington and has a diverse multimedia background working in casting, post production, and audio engineering. His experience crosses genres from scripted, unscripted, digital and podcastsGeoff has helped to cast shows for many networks including Bravo, MTV, Nickelodeon, HGTV, TLC, Discovery ID, History, and many more. Geoff has a BS in music production from Full Sail University in Orlando and writes music in his free time.

CASTING ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

Jeff started out as a runner for Dick Clark Productions. He worked his way up while working on multi-cam award multi cam shows like the American Music Awards, Soul Train Music Awards, the NAACP Image Awards, and Motown Live. He’s produced comedy specials for Kevin Hart, Gary Owen, and DeRay Davis as well as live events such as Outside Lands Music Festival and produced on three Democratic National Conventions including 2020, the Biden Inaugural in 2021 and the NBA All-Star Game. Jeff blends his production and creative skills at Invent since it’s inception to develop new shows in the variety and docu-series genres and now in scripted. Production with a cool head is his motto.

Guy started his 4 Emmy Award winning engineering career in the late 70’s at a small UHF TV station in the SF Bay Area. He’s carried that same tenacity through his whole career. After leaving the TV station he joined the newly formed world of music touring video. He engineered video systems and traveled the world with groups like, Journey, David Bowie, Stevie Wonder, Bruce Springsteen, Peter Gabriel to name a few. His name can be seen on the credits of countless Live specials including, The Academy Awards, Grammys, Emmy’s and Superbowl Halftime Show. Large corporate events including, Michael Jacksons Memorial, Obama’s inauguration and the Democratic National conventions.

Brett has over 17 years of creative and managerial experience in the news and entertainment industry. Beginning his career as a producer and director of news and commercial content in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara, Brett relocated to Los Angeles to work in Post Production for Reality and documentary programming. He is well versed in all aspects of Post Production and thrives on collaborating with a great team.

Valerie has over 20 years of experience as a studio executive at New Line Cinema, Paramount Pictures, and as a consultant. She has worked on numerous films such as the Austin Powers trilogy, Star Trek, Mission Impossible 3, and the upcoming Unhinged with Russell Crowe. She is an expert in securing and developing entertainment marketing partnerships and brand integrations.

Moe has been in the TV + Film business for 20+ years. He’s traveled the world working on everything from small indie films, to major sitcoms, to award shows and reality shows. In his free time, Moe enjoys traveling, spending time with family and anything Star Wars or Marvel Comics related.
